Innovation in education is also within its preview from examination to teaching technologies, in service training, methods of teaching etc. Most private schools are affiliated CBSE came in to existence not directly covering the entire country but it all started from the state of Uttar Pradesh in which the first ever board of education was setup i.e. the Uttar Pradesh Board of High School and Intermediate Education in 1921.the central India along with Gwalior and Rajputana were under its jurisdiction. Late the Government of India regularized it to the "Board of High School & Intermediate Education, Rajputana" which added cities of Ajmer, Merwara to the existing ones. It was then till 1952 that this board was transformed into CBSE and covered the entire Indian region under its educating pattern.
